Terms and conditions for services provided by Water Quality Training Ltd.,To:  (Referred to hereafter as the client.)   Water Quality Training Ltd.,will:                Provide all necessary training and project resources within the quoted cost and agreed proposal conditions. Undertake not to exceed the quoted project costs or to alter the proposed specification or timing without the prior approval of the client. Undertake to treat any information gained as a result of this project as confidential and not to be divulged or used elsewhere without the prior consent of the client. Honor quoted prices for all materials order and work contracted and delivered before 31st June 2008 Will use LSL SolutionsLtd. to supply and process all examination Paperwork. Where applicable. Follow any Health & Safety Rules applicable to the relevant venue. Refuse to carry out any training or assessment if the trainer feels that in his / her opinion that any Health & Safety rules may be compromised. Which may result in loss or damage to person’s or property vested in the interest of the client or Water Quality Training Ltd. ‘B’ The Client Will: Provide all the training and project resources. A suitable classroom with flip chart and Over Head Projector. Recognize the intellectual property rights of Water Quality Training, and that all materials used in the form of Hand outs and computer Software are not to be copied without prior approval of Water Quality Training approval Take all reasonable steps to hold all Water Quality Training Copyrighted material and computer software confidential to the client. Guarantee that no training using Water Quality Training materials or computer software will be carried out except that which is for employees of the client which is delivered by Water Quality Training approved trainers. Treat this agreement as commercial and not divulge its contents to third parties. Not introduce extra delegates to the agreed course without prior agreement from Water Quality Training. ‘C’ Expenses: The prices quoted are not inclusive of travel, accommodation and subsistence for the trainer’s involved and include any accreditation and Registration for the successful candidate. All prices are excluding VAT. ‘D’ Cancellation: For cancellations notified by letter or FAX more than 21 days before the start of the course a full refund will be made if the course was pre-paid. Cancellations between 7 and 21 days before the start date will be subject to a £250 plus VAT administration charge. For cancellations made within 7 days of the start date a full Fee will be charged that may include pre booked hotels etc. Substitute delegates are welcome at no extra charge. ‘E’ Cancellation by Water Quality Training Ltd:         1.     Water Quality Training Ltd., will endeavor to cover all training events, in the unlikely event that Water Quality Training fails to cover a training venue Water Quality Training Ltd., will not be held liable for any costs incurred by the client in relation to that said Venue.
